Found in Yellowstone River's gravel, this agate gets carried downstream by the rushing waters and deposited where it slows down and is able to be collected by hand.
Also known as "Yellowstone Agate" this highly silicated gem is known for its beautiful unqiue patterns and warm colors. Along with the Montana sapphire, it's an official state gemstone. Of the many pounds we look through, very few have this crystal formation. Almost like shattered glass..
