A rare and natural white variscite, artisanally mined by a father-and-son team who work the deposit by hand. Unlike the greens most associated with variscite, this material runs through a soft palette of ivory, beige, ecru, and warm white, often within the same piece. Fine black veining traces through the stone in delicate, fracture-like lines, sometimes picking up a soft golden-brown blush where it meets the surrounding matrix. The polish brings out a satiny, almost porcelain-like glow rather than a hard shine, giving this material a quieter, more understated presence.
